Kentang rempah - spicy potato pieces
Ingredients 2 big potatoes 4 tablespoons of cooking oil 1 tsp of garam masala 1 tsp of chilli powder 1 tsp of coriander powder 1 tsp of cumin powder pinch of salt
Method Boil the potatoes and let them cool. When cold, cut them into small sizes. In a non stick wok, heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add the cumin, coriander, garam masala and chilli powder. Keep stirring until fragrant. Now add the potato pieces and keep stirring over a low flame. Add the salt before removing from the wok.
