Coconut rice (nasi lemak)1 cup white rice 1 curry leaf 1 lemon grass 2 cups coconut milk pinch of salt Wash the rice until the water is quite clear. In a pan, put the coconut milk, curry leaf, lemon grass and salt and bring to boil gentle. When it starts to boil, put in the rice, let it boil again, then lower heat, put a tight fitting lid on and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes. Yellow rice (nasi kuning)This can be cooked in the same way as coconut rice. Use 2-3 curry leaves. Omit the lemon grass. Use a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
